Why This Blog

The reason I created this blog, is for people residing in this community, to have a one stop shop to view events/ sales/ promos happening in the area on a regular basis. I myself love to be a part of the community and get involved in the events that are being held. However it was extremely difficult for me to know about any events as I had to dig through various newspapers, community magazines, libraries etc before I would know of something of interest. And most of the times I ended up knowing about the event after the event date. This made me think, that if I am this situation, there would be many more people who would be facing this on a regular basis and would appreciate if they could find out about all the community events at one place. This was the idea behind starting this blog. I hope you all would find it extremely useful and would enjoy your time spent on this blog
